Each facial is tailored to the client and includes a neck and chest massage using sculpting and lymphatic flow methods, with aromatherapy throughout. The facial menu runs from a short express consultation facial to longer peel and microchanneling treatments, with options for sensitive skin, acne-focused care, and a men's facial.

The spa is wheelchair accessible and has free parking in its lot, wifi, and complimentary drinks and snacks. It is not set up for children. It is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged half the service price while no-shows are charged the full price.

Packages are one-time bundles that can be used over time with no expiration. These include a six-visit Brazilian set, a six-visit add-on package, and three- and six-visit Procell microchanneling packages. A loyalty program gives a stamp per visit, and six facials earn one free facial. Gift certificates range from $10 to $1,000, do not expire, and are final sale.

Every facial is customized and includes a neck and chest massage with aromatherapy.
