Lashes are applied one at a time, with the stated aim of protecting each natural lash. The studio says the application does not damage natural lashes when done properly. For clients with sensitive skin there is a dedicated application technique and a soothing serum, and the studio says this method holds lashes as strongly as standard high-strength adhesives. Extensions are described as lasting a full natural growth cycle, roughly six to eight weeks with aftercare, and a refill every two to three weeks is recommended to keep lashes full and neat.

Visits are booked for a set length: classic appointments take 60 to 120 minutes and classic refills 45 to 90 minutes, while volume appointments run 60 to 180 minutes and volume refills 45 to 120 minutes. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, oils and strip-lash glue. Water-based mascara is recommended if mascara is worn with extensions, and eyeliner and eyeshadow should be oil-free. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a $25.00 charge applies at the next appointment. Clients under 18 need parent or guardian consent.

The menu covers several styles. Classic extensions place one lash on each natural lash, and volume extensions apply two to six handmade lashes to each natural lash using the Russian Volume method with thinner lashes. Hybrid sets combine volume with individual lashing, and wet sets use closed fans for a spiked, bundled look while volume uses open fans for a soft, fuller look. Lower eyelid extensions come in mini, natural, flirt, demi, lavish (2D-4D) and dramatic (3D-5D) sets. Refills are for current clients only, and a refill requires at least half of the lashes to still be intact; otherwise the visit is booked as a new set. Removal is offered alone or with a new set, with regular removal listed at $50 and removal with a new set at $25.

Each lash is applied individually with the aim of protecting the natural lashes, and a separate method is used for sensitive skin.
