Booking with Beautifiy requires a $25 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit goes toward the cost of the service, but it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to someone else.
Appointments can be rescheduled once, provided the change is made within a week of the original booking. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $20 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment, which means rebooking with a new deposit. Guests are only admitted when they are receiving a service. The balance is due at the time of service and can be paid in cash or through Cash App.
