Lash policies are clear. A full lash set needs clean lashes with no makeup on, and the artist chooses extension styles based on what each client wants and needs. A fill needs at least 40 percent of the lashes still attached. The studio does not do foreign fills over poorly applied lashes or cluster lashes, and in those cases suggests seeing the previous artist for a fill or getting a removal and a new set.
