Most medical treatments begin with a consultation. For injectables, that visit reviews medical history and goals before any treatment. Botox and Dysport are used to soften expression lines such as crow's feet, forehead lines and frown lines between the brows, and Dysport is generally used for larger areas. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are offered for lip volume, cheek volume, nasolabial folds, under-eye hollows and jawline definition, and Sculptra is a collagen stimulator given in a short series. The business says it uses only FDA-approved products for injectables and that its providers train in current injection techniques. Laser resurfacing also starts with a consultation to decide between CoolPeel and deeper Deka CO2 full resurfacing. Clients receive a personalized aftercare kit and written instructions.

The IV hydration menu is presented as wellness care rather than medical treatment. It includes B12, glutathione, NAD+ and vitamin C infusions, along with several named blends. A brief health screening is required before a first IV session, and NAD+ infusions require a consultation first.

The Beauty Bank membership comes in three tiers with a 12-month initial commitment that then renews in 6-month terms unless canceled. Members receive discounts on eligible services and take-home skincare, plus included facials and B12 injections. Appointments are managed through the Boulevard client portal, and the business's wellness shop, which sells Thorne supplements and NAD+ oral strips, is run through Plya Med.

Care is personalized and built around a consultation, with plans shaped to each client's skin, goals and history. Treatments are performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals.
