Appointments run Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 6am to 6pm. The business is closed on Sundays.

Booking is handled directly by phone or text at (925) 307-6875, since online scheduling isn't offered. Appointments are confirmed with a $30 non-refundable deposit paid through Venmo, which is applied toward the service. New clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their start time.

Timing and changes are handled firmly. Clients get a 10-minute grace period after their start time. Arriving later than that can bring a $25 late fee if the business can still see them; if it can't, the appointment is cancelled, $50 is owed, and/or it is rescheduled. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. One reschedule is allowed with the deposit, while a second reschedule or a cancellation forfeits it. A no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit and removes the client from the client list.

Early, after-hours and squeeze-in appointments can be requested for an extra $50. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo or Zelle.
