Ofelia Ferere began her career as a receptionist at a local salon, later moved into makeup artistry and beauty consulting, and went on to found Beauté Bar. She also conceived the med spa concept. A management services organization she founded and still leads handles the med spa's administrative and operational work. According to the business consultancy ClinAdvize, it assisted Beauté Lab with startup planning, cash flow, operations, compliance and branding. Ofelia describes her main goal as supporting women in feeling self-assured, looked after and strong through personal care, wellness and beauty.

Every service is booked by appointment. Botox and Dysport each take about 45 minutes, filler and a combined Botox plus filler visit take about 60 minutes, and microneedling sessions run about an hour. B-12 and glutathione shots take roughly 10 to 15 minutes, and red light sessions take about 20 minutes with no downtime. Botox and Dysport are described on the site as FDA-approved.

Beauté Bar's lymphatic drainage body sculpting uses only hands and customized international modalities, with sessions as short as 50 minutes. Its other offerings include Hydrafacials, semi-permanent makeup, full body waxing, nail services, camouflage tattoo, skincare routines and makeup application, and it lists its hours as by appointment every day. The salon describes its services as award-winning. All sales are final, including injectables, skincare products, vitamin injections, microneedling and peptide services, and prepaid packages and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, by phone or through the client's Jane account, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee that varies by service.
