Lash services include removal, a foreign fill for adding to an existing set, a lash lift, mini, two-week and three-week fills, and full sets with a choice of set style. Fills depend on how many of the existing lashes remain, and a two-week fill covers a window of 10 to 16 days. Longer gaps between fills move the appointment to a different service or price.

Brow services cover a wax and shaping appointment that maps the brows for a balanced shape, a tint combined with a wax, and a lamination combined with a wax aimed at brows that look thicker with the hairs brushed flat. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with single-area services from a few minutes up to full body appointments, and a Wax Wednesday package pairing a Brazilian wax with an underarm wax.

Deposits are required to book any service and are non-refundable. A deposit can be moved to another appointment once, and rescheduling is only allowed up to 24 hours before the booked time. Same-day cancellations or changes carry a rebooking fee, and running ten minutes late adds a late charge. Early-morning, late-evening and Sunday appointments carry extra fees and are available on request. Payment is accepted by Apple Pay, Zelle and Cash App, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings within a set range, subject to approval before the visit. Gift cards are sold in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are final once purchased.

It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
