Facials are the core of the menu, from a one-hour Customized Facial with skin analysis and extractions to a Signature Deluxe Facial that adds the neck and décolleté. Others include a Gentlemen's Facial with beard included, a Detoxifying Back Facial, a Hydro-Facial Treatment, a Clarifying Acne Facial that is recommended weekly or biweekly, and an Anti Aging Microcurrent Facial offered as a series of three, which the site recommends at least six sessions of for best results.

Chemical peels are offered as a layered Customized Chemical Peel, which requires one prior facial with a full consultation and at least a week of downtime, and as the Zena Algae Peel, an all-natural exfoliating peel recommended for three to six treatments at least four weeks apart. A mild superficial peel is also available as an add-on. The CIT micro-needling facial uses collagen induction therapy with tiny sterilized needles and requires one prior facial, a consent form and a deposit.

Bookings require a deposit, which is deducted from the treatment price, and appointment confirmation texts go out 48 hours ahead. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text, and first-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete a consultation form. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card or Zelle. Product sales are final, with unopened items eligible only for exchange.
