Its listed service groups are eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, facials and teeth whitening, and it also offers training through its Beautè Lash Academy.

Lash work is the main focus. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks. Appointments booked four weeks or more ahead require a full set of lashes, and the salon does not refill lash work that was done by another artist. For lash services, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and to arrive on time and alone.

Booking requires a 30% deposit, which is nonrefundable and applied to the service total. The remaining balance is paid at the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. A deposit can be transferred once with proper notice. A no-show may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, counting the deposit already paid, subject to prior payment authorization.

Clients are asked to tell the salon about any allergies or sensitivities. Any concern about a service should be raised within 72 hours of the appointment.
