Bridal work is a major part of the menu, from a bridal beat and a trial session to a party beat for bridesmaids and guests, a bridesmaid package, and combined hair and makeup packages. Bride hair styling is available through a contracted stylist. A free bridal trial is included with a wedding booking. Mobile and on-location appointments are also offered, and bridal or mobile work may carry travel, parking, early-start, extended-hours or other artist fees. A bridal date is held only once all agreements and retainers are complete, so an inquiry form alone does not reserve one.

Lash services include a prep cleanse and cluster sets in a wispy or fuller style. Each set is customized to the length, density, condition and health of the client's natural lashes, and the artist may adjust, postpone or decline a set if natural lashes are too sparse or damaged. Clients are asked to share allergies and past reactions beforehand, including any reaction to lash adhesive, before booking a lash appointment.

The studio also offers education: a one-on-one personal makeup lesson and a longer masterclass aimed at people who want to become makeup artists.

Visit policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a $25 fee may apply to arrivals 10 or more minutes late. Arrivals 15 or more minutes late may have to cancel. Additional guests and children are only admitted when receiving a scheduled service or with prior approval. Photos or videos may be requested for the portfolio or marketing, and clients can opt out by telling their artist.

Services are tailored to each client, including lash sets sized to the client's own lashes and a health and sensitivity check before any lash appointment.
