Booking details matter here. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; appointments cancelled late or missed without notice carry a 30% fee based on the scheduled service. Some services take a deposit at booking, from $8 to $45 depending on the service, and new clients pay an $8 deposit for brow wax. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
