Beach Sauna Express

Beach Sauna Express runs its sessions from a portable sauna, so the experience can take place in an ocean setting rather than at a fixed studio. The business describes the feel of its sessions as the calm of the ocean combined with the comfort of a spa.

The sauna work draws on traditional heat-bathing methods from Northern Europe, updated with modern technology. Sessions are guided by therapists, and the business says they have experience leading sauna sessions. No individual therapists are named on the site.

Massage therapies can be added to a sauna visit. Private bookings are available for gatherings, and the business invites event planning inquiries by phone or email. Group events are also listed on SweatPals, including sauna, cold plunge and movement sessions, and an event called Sip, Steam and Flow and a Sunset Beach Sauna event.
