Brazilian waxing comes in several levels. A top-only option clears the top of the pubic area and the bikini line, a no-back option removes the same hair as a full Brazilian except between the cheeks, a no-top option leaves the hair at the top and clears the rest, and the full Brazilian removes all hair in the area. Vajacial treatments can be booked alone or added to a Brazilian: a pamper version with cleanse, steam and mask, a treatment version that adds a deep cleanse, high-frequency work and an ingrown hair treatment, and a jelly mask version with a soothing mask.

Waxing is by appointment, and walk-ins may not be accommodated. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online booking page. Online bookings require a deposit that is applied to the service at the visit. Clients should arrive five minutes early, and appointments running more than ten minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Hair should be at least three weeks past the last shave, and a 25% booking fee applies if it is too short to wax at the appointment. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window or no-shows may be charged half the fee.

Only the person being waxed may be in the room unless they are a minor, and no visitors are allowed. Clients aged 16 or younger must bring a parent for consent. Clients should tell their technician about any new medication or topical treatment before the service. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Brandon is open Tuesday to Thursday 9:30am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Lakeland is open Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
