The med spa menu covers express, customized and ultimate facials, waxing across the face and body, microdermabrasion, dermablade treatments and chemical peels. Injectable services include Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and Kybella. The salon says its medical estheticians are certified, its aesthetic nurse injection specialist has over 8 years of experience with Botox, Juvederm and Voluma, and its medical doctor is educated in facial anatomy. Laser-related treatments are part of the offering as well.

Newer stylists work through Stylist Academy, which provides advanced training in all areas of hair dressing at lower prices than the main stylists. The salon also hosts group events such as kids' birthday parties and Ladies Night Out, and sells salon products in store at the Lakeville location.
