The Levels program is a three-tier series priced at $135, $159 and $179. Each visit is all-inclusive, with peels, modalities and treatments chosen by the esthetician on the day to suit the level booked, and no add-on charges. Level One draws on enzyme, lactic and salicylic peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and LED light, while Level Three adds a TCA peel, a 30-minute infrared sauna and a cold plasma facial. Clients who want to try a higher-tier modality can move up for the price difference, and those who book the next visit before leaving receive 10% off that visit.

Beyond the Levels plans, the menu covers anti-aging treatments such as CO2 carboxy and dermaplaning with BB Glow microchanneling, K Beauty options including a needle-free filler facial that applies poly-L-lactic acid topically, an oxygen dome facial, and a HydraFacial-style Aqua Peel. Stand-alone devices include Geneo+ LED microcurrent, HydroBrasion, microdermabrasion and D Cool cold and heat. Threading, back facials and men's facials are also offered.

Policies to know before booking: clients need to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, late cancellations are charged the full cost of the service, and a $50 missed appointment fee applies to clients who do not follow the cancellation policy. The business accepts major credit cards, debit cards, cash and Buy Now Pay Later options, and lists free parking, disabled access and an LGBTQIA friendly welcome.
