The menu covers several areas. Lash services include NovaLash extension sets in four styles (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume), touch-ups and fill-ins, removal of extensions applied either in-house or elsewhere, a patch test credited toward a future set, lash lifts, and lash tinting. Brow services include lamination with optional shaping and tint, shaping, and tinting. Cosmetic tattoo options include microblading, Nano Brows, ombre powder brows, eyeliner enhancement, and classic eyeliner, along with tattoo removal priced per session after a consultation.

Facials come in three versions, from a 45-minute glow treatment to a 75-minute anti-aging session. Makeup options range from a natural everyday look to event glam and a bridal trial with day-of coverage. Body sugaring and waxing are also available, with pricing given on request. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom value and can be reloaded and checked online.

Booking is handled directly by the studio. Appointments are required and walk-ins are not guaranteed. The studio says it replies to booking inquiries within 12 hours. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead, or missed appointments, are charged the full service fee. Clients are asked to arrive with clean skin and no eye makeup, and to avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours before lash services. Makeup removal can be arranged for an added fee.
