Be Smooth Electrology Salon

Be Smooth Electrology Salon concentrates on permanent hair removal using electrolysis. It operates from a suite on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City and a second location on 29 Palms Highway in Morongo Valley.

The salon's stated mission is to offer inclusive, high-quality and safe hair removal, with particular attention to clients going through gender transitions. It serves women, men and transgender individuals, and it offers hair removal ahead of gender-affirming surgery.

Each client works from a treatment plan adjusted to their skin type and hair texture. Sessions are priced by length: face, legs, arms and similar areas run from $45 for 15 minutes to $130 for 60 minutes, and the Brazilian area from $65 for 15 minutes to $150 for 60 minutes. After treatment, the salon gives skincare advice and sells aftercare products.

Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Weekend hours are by appointment only. The salon says it aims to become the leading electrology salon in California and has stated plans to open more locations across the country. Trinity Rose owns the salon and performs the electrology treatments.
