The studio is a single owner-run space at 60 Broadway, Suite 13, in Denville, and visits begin with a consultation so the scalp, hair density and shedding can be understood before any recommendation is made.

Extension services include partial and full transformations and a combined extension and hair replacement service. Extension methods offered are wefts, tape-in, K-tip and I-tip (micro ring or beaded) extensions, each with its own install interval and expected wear life. Hair replacement covers temporary toppers that can be worn for a few weeks or clipped in for occasions, semi-permanent toppers using mesh or meshless integration, and wigs. Trichology hair loss and growth plans may include magnified scalp and hair analysis, US Trichology Institute products, red light therapy, nutritional supplements and in-salon scalp treatments. Growth plans often run six to twelve months of consistent care before results are typically seen.

Extension clients can request a consultation through the website, and the team texts within 24 hours to schedule. Clients are offered snacks and refreshments during their service and leave with a hair care gift bag. Written care guidance covers washing, drying, brushing, sleeping, and activities such as swimming, sauna use and heavy aerobic exercise that can shorten an extension's life. The salon describes its extension application as high-end and says it invests in ongoing hair extension education. Extension financing is available through Cherry, a third-party service that the site says does not run a hard credit check.

Booking terms on the site include a 50% retainer due when an extension or hair replacement appointment is booked, free rescheduling with 48 hours notice by texting the salon, and payment by cash or credit card. Only clients receiving services may be in the salon, children are allowed only with an appointment and an accompanying adult who is not being serviced at the same time, and tips are not required. Beyond client services, the studio also offers a two-hour online course called Salon to Successful Suite for stylists moving toward owning a salon suite, one-on-one coaching and a beauty business marketing review.
