BCC Salon & Suites

BCC Salon & Suites describes itself as a home for independent beauty professionals in Bankers Hill. The community was built by Julie Ramirez, who also handles booth and suite rentals and tours. Open booths and private suites are available to beauty professionals, and a waitlist is kept for those looking for space.

Clients book directly with the professional they choose, by phone, text or that professional's booking link on the BCC home page. Each professional manages their own appointments, pricing, policies and cancellations. Visits are by appointment, and a free open parking lot is available. Online booking asks for a payment method to reserve the time slot, and cash and card are preferred, with Venmo and Apple Pay also accepted.

The professionals on site include hairstylists, hair color and extension specialists, curly haircut specialists, estheticians and waxing professionals. Offerings range from haircuts, blow-dries and highlights to curly cuts and wash-and-style services, facials and a Korean skincare consultation with skin analysis. San Diego Waxing Company, a men's waxing studio, is also located inside the suite building.

Per the salon, the space exists to support independent beauty professionals, and each professional runs their own bookings, pricing and policies.
