BbsBeautySpot sits on the second floor of The Bindery in the Hollywood district of northeast Portland. The salon offers vivid color, blonde and natural color, haircutting, consultations and treatments. Blonde and vivid prices can shift with hair density and complexity, and Vivid Transformation is planned around a five-hour appointment.

To arrive, use the Bindery's main entrance and lobby elevator. On the second floor the glass doors are on the right. A second lobby entrance is on Northeast Multnomah Street, and restrooms are a few steps from the glass entrance. Street and neighborhood parking is available around Sandy Boulevard.

The salon has a reclining shampoo bowl with neck and head support, and its hydraulic chairs carry an 800 lb weight limit. It uses gender and body neutral language and says it welcomes people across the LGBTQIA2S+ spectrum regardless of size, hair texture or background. Clients with accommodation needs not listed on the site are asked to contact their stylist directly.

Hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. The salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Clients are asked to bring inspiration photos and their hair color history to a consultation, and every lightening service includes a K18 bond building treatment.

Consultations come first for new clients, with color plans built around goals, timing, home care and protecting hair during chemical processes.

Mini, Partial and Full Blonde services range from face-framing and accent highlights to full foil or hand-painted highlights with toner, each finished with a blow dry, wash, thermal styling and a treatment.

Himbo Blonde is a one-off bleach and tone process for short hair, with a bond building treatment and an appointment of about three hours or more.

Length cuts for short, medium and long hair, an undercut or buzzcut that can be faded, tapered or blended, and bang trims, all finished with a wash and style.
