Hair extension services begin with an in-person consultation, and complimentary consultations are available. Listed prices are starting prices, and the final cost depends on each client's individual needs.

Reservations require a valid credit card number and/or a deposit. A 4% fee applies to credit card payments, and the business encourages alternate payment methods. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in cancellation and that same fee. The business keeps a quality standard for the hair extensions it pairs with its work and reserves the right to refuse service.

Each client gets a hair formula built for them, and holistic color is available on request. The focus is personalized care and integrity in every appointment.
