The collective has two other branches: HŌM, which sells holistic everyday items, and SŒL, which focuses on lifestyle, community and educational offerings.

The menu is built around face and skin treatments that run from The Flow at $99 up through The Bespoke at $222, plus brow services, a set of add-ons, and packages that pair several services together. Sugaring is the other main offering. The studio describes it as an ancient Egyptian art and as a hair removal and exfoliation method made from sugar, lemon and water. The business says its paste suits all skin types, including sensitive and melanated skin, that it removes hair in the direction of growth to limit irritation, and that it feels less painful than traditional waxing. Services range from small areas such as belly or feet and toes at $11 to a full-body session, Full BAÜDi, at $444 and about three and a half hours.

Booking is by appointment through the website, and walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows but are not guaranteed. Before a sugaring visit, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, with no shaving or trimming beforehand, and the area should be gently exfoliated no later than 48 hours ahead. Lotions, oils and deodorant are best avoided on the day. Afterward, the studio advises skipping heat, friction, sweating and tight clothing for 48 hours, then exfoliating two to three times a week once tenderness fades and moisturizing daily with a natural oil. Sugaring is recommended every four to six weeks, and clients who use Accutane or Retin-A, have sunburn, open cuts or have had a recent chemical peel are asked to wait before booking.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes or no-shows are charged half the service total. Outstanding balances must be cleared before new services are booked. A service retainer applies only to Jaüs Calls and goes toward the total. Gift cards, packages and promotional items are non-refundable, and product sales are final apart from exchanges for a product error reported within seven days with proof of purchase.
