Services are grouped into haircuts, color, highlights, styling and treatment add-ons. Haircuts run from a short clipper or short cut open to all genders to a longer cut for hair past the shoulder blades. A sensory friendly haircut is offered for all ages, and the stylist contacts clients beforehand about any specific sensory needs. Beard trims can be added to any service or booked alone.

Color options include root color, whole-head permanent color in a single natural shade, and a cut combined with color that can cover a simple root or a full head. Foil highlights are offered as partial or full sets with toner, and a highlight-and-color service combines both. Color consultations are free and are used to talk through goals before a color booking. Vivid color requires its own free consultation, where clients can bring reference photos or videos.

Add-on treatments include a deep conditioner, a scalp treatment for buildup, and a repair mask treatment using the K18 Miracle Repair Mask, suited to chemical or heat damage. Styling includes blowouts and hot iron styling for curls or straight looks.

The studio charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. Clients with an emergency are asked to contact the stylist right away, and the stylist says they will try to accommodate the change.
