The Lux Balayage is set up as a custom transformation for first-time balayage clients and includes gloss, root melt, a bonding treatment, a haircut, a styling tutorial and a complimentary care kit with samples. Highlight options range from a face frame foil and partial highlights to full highlights, where the blend of blonde shades is tailored to the client's complexion. A Platinum Card Transformation is offered for a fully lightened look, and blonding maintenance uses toners and a few foils to reduce brassiness.

Clients can book a free 10-minute consultation to talk through goals and plan before booking an appointment. Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius page, and the salon is open Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
