The model is built around bringing care to the patient rather than sending them to a waiting room. Care is for non-urgent needs, and a request is reviewed for safety, service area, availability and fit before timing and next steps are arranged. A visit begins with a request, followed by an RN checking vitals and sharing findings for Nurse Practitioner review, a virtual NP evaluation and approval, a review of the care plan and final pricing with the patient, and then the RN giving the approved services in person. Clinical leadership includes a Medical Director. Anyone with an emergency is told to call 911, since the service does not replace the emergency room.
Illness care covers dehydration, nausea and vomiting, migraine and headache, stomach bug, cold and flu, hangover, pregnancy nausea and advanced illness visits. Wellness care covers hydration, energy, immune support, performance and recovery, glow and restore, wellness reset, fatigue support and NAD+. Personalized IV vitamin and IV NAD treatments can be requested, and NAD-related options are described as for eligible patients, with evidence still developing and effectiveness not guaranteed.
Memberships are named Access, Premier and Executive. Premier is listed at $239 per month and includes one Baseline Care appointment and one eligible IV treatment each month, with 25% off eligible treatments. Executive is listed at $499 per month with the same appointment and IV treatment and 30% off eligible treatments. Access is listed at $39 per month and is coming soon. Membership does not change clinical decisions or the order in which patients are seen.
An RN delivers care in person at the patient's location, with virtual Nurse Practitioner oversight on every visit. Each request goes through clinical review, and treatment is given only when clinically appropriate and authorized.
