Each cut and color service is tailored to the individual client. Stylists also suggest a haircare routine for home and offer styling ideas, so clients leave with guidance as well as a finished look.
New clients booking a chemical service go through a consultation and introduction, then complete a New Guest Form afterward. The final price for a first visit can shift based on what that form shows, since the estimate is set around that information.
The salon is open Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 1 PM to 7 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients must be at least 18 to book chemical services and at least 13 to book haircuts, and the salon is child free, so anyone under 13 is only welcome while being serviced.
Booking policies ask for cancellations at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a 50% fee. A no-call, no-show is charged 90% of the service total, and clients have 60 minutes to reach the salon before the card on file is charged. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to the appointment being cancelled. Rebooking after a no-call, no-show requires a $30 deposit, which goes toward the next visit. Services are non-refundable, though clients have three days to ask their stylist for free adjustments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Each cut and color is customized to the client, with haircare routine recommendations and styling suggestions.

Blonding services range from a mini refresh of the outside panels to a full back-of-head highlight and maximum all-over brightness, with toner, treatment and blowout included.
