Visits are booked by appointment only. Wednesdays are kept for existing clients and special requests, Thursdays run from 4:30 to 8 pm, Fridays and Saturdays run from 10 am to 2 pm, and the studio is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Clients receive reminders 72 and 24 hours before their appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations, late arrivals of 10 minutes or more that lead to a canceled or rescheduled session, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount, with a $15 fee on cancellations and no-shows. Those fees and all service and product sales are non-refundable.

Bikini services are offered to women only and need about two weeks of hair growth before the appointment. New clients booking a bikini service receive a swag bag and written after-care instructions. The studio recommends staying out of chlorine for 24 hours after waxing and provides after-care products to clients.

The studio advises men with a thick, coarse beard against certain facial services. Dermaplaning is offered at the studio and is described as a manual exfoliation that uses a sterile surgical scalpel, with the studio recommending it every 2 to 4 weeks.
