Nothing is soaked, which lets the technician look closely at the skin and nails, keep hygiene tight, and work precisely on cuticles and calluses. Products are chosen with sensitive skin and overall foot health in mind, and the studio works with diabetic clients using gentle, hygiene-focused methods. The work is cosmetic and non-medical: no diagnosis or medical treatment is offered, and a foot care consultation reviews concerns and submitted photos without serving as a medical visit.

Pedicure options run from a color-free maintenance visit to longer sessions for thick, rough or hardened feet and for toenail reconstruction with a flexible resin. Callus work is done conservatively, so heavy build-up may take several visits. Manicures use gel selected to suit each client's natural nail flexibility and daily life. Pricing reflects the time, skill and attention each one-on-one appointment needs.

Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only if the cancellation policy is broken. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 75 percent of the service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $15 fee and may shorten the visit or require rescheduling. Services are non-refundable, so concerns should be raised during the appointment so adjustments can be made. Clients can join the Sculptopia VIP program for member pricing, members-only bundles and priority booking. The studio states it was ranked the number one nail salon in Lakeland for 2026.
