Appointments are designed to be unhurried and educational, and each one is shaped around what a client's skin needs at that time and what they want to achieve. Before suggesting a treatment plan, Arlene asks about concerns, daily routine, and goals, then assesses the skin and tailors the service to the client's skin history and comfort level.

The studio's menu covers facials, advanced treatments, exfoliation and peels, teen and brow services, and waxing. Clients who are new and unsure what to book are often pointed to a Customized Facial, a session that may combine cleansing, exfoliation, extractions where suitable, masks, hydration, massage, LED, or other appropriate cosmetic methods. The studio suggests that many clients return for this facial every four to six weeks, depending on skin, goals and budget.

Green Sea Peel, which uses marine spicules for controlled exfoliation, is reserved for existing or approved clients. It can cause temporary prickling, dryness, or flaking as the skin renews, and when a series is appropriate, sessions are usually spaced two to four weeks apart. The CO2 Oxygen Facial pairs CO2 carboxy therapy with VTOX products chosen for each appointment, and the Acne-Focused Facial is a cosmetic option for acne-prone skin that includes a cleanse, a purifying mousse, extractions when appropriate, and barrier-supportive products. The business notes that it does not diagnose or cure acne and does not replace medical treatment.

Booking is done through Vagaro. A valid card must be kept on file to reserve an appointment, payment is taken on the day of service, and no-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full amount of the service. Intake and consent forms must be completed before treatment. Listed prices run from $13 for a lip wax to $500 for a three-session Green Sea Peel series, and the Bare Custom Facial starts at $125.
