They address concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, signs of aging, and building a better routine. Virtual consultations take place over Zoom: the practitioner assesses skin concerns, talks through the routine, and recommends treatments and products for the client. A confirmation email with the Zoom link arrives after booking.

Before a facial, clients fill out an intake form, which is included in the booking confirmation email. Arriving with a clean face, free of makeup or heavy skincare, helps but is not required. Clients who have had Botox or filler should wait at least two weeks before a facial. Chemical peels are offered to regular clients who are on a recommended skincare regimen, not on a first visit.

Clients are asked to attend appointments alone and to keep an active credit card on file, since without one future appointments may be cancelled and booking suspended. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are within a grace period, a $25 late fee applies after 11 minutes, and arriving 20 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled with the full service cost charged. A no-show without prior notice incurs a fee of 20% of the service cost. Three consecutive cancellations, or several no-shows within 12 months, can lead to ending the client relationship. Telephone and video call support are not offered; clients reach the studio by email or the contact form.

The studio also sells skincare online, with products that can be browsed by skin concern. Online orders of $150.00 or more ship free.
