Brow services make up much of the menu. A brow wax includes brow mapping, and tinting or hennaing can be added to it, with brow tint lasting about a week and brow henna about two to three weeks, depending on skin oil and the products used. Brow lamination is a brow lift that sets brows upward and combines mapping, waxing, tinting and a perm, with a henna version also offered. Clients with very sensitive skin are asked to book a brow wax at least three days before a lamination. A combined brow and lash appointment takes about 90 minutes.

The facial menu starts with an express facial that is tailored to skin needs and includes product recommendations and a light massage; dermaplaning and extractions are not part of that version. A customized facial begins with a skin consultation and is built around the client's concerns and goals, and it is recommended for anyone trying a facial for the first time. An enzyme mask facial includes a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a hydrojelly mask and an arm massage, and suits most skin types apart from active acne. A Green Tea Detox facial is aimed at oily, blemished or mature skin.

Chemical peel facials are used to address acne, dark spots, wrinkles and uneven skin texture. They are not recommended for first-time clients, who are advised to have a regular facial before booking a peel. Waxing has timing requirements too: underarm waxing needs about four weeks of hair growth, and a Brazilian wax needs hair at least four weeks long for a successful result.
