The facial menu runs from a 40-minute basic customized enzyme treatment to a 75-minute advanced facial that uses a papaya or pineapple enzyme and a stronger chemical exfoliant. A teen facial is open to ages 13 to 19, and younger clients are asked to book a skin consultation instead.

Enhancements such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, a CBD-infused balm, lip and eye treatments, hand exfoliation and aromatherapy massage can be added to facials. Chemical peels include an oxygen peel, a 5 Berry Control Peel built on a 7% TCA peel with five berry extracts, and an advanced peel with a 15% TCA option or a vitamin A blend of TCA, glycolic acid and retinol. The 5 Berry peel is meant for clients who had a peel in the last month or have regular facials, so it is not offered to first-time clients.

Acne Boot Camp is a program lasting three to six months. Every other week, clients receive treatments tailored to their skin, along with products prescribed for them that are safe for acne-prone skin, and guidance on changes to daily habits. Each program starts with a 30-minute consultation costing $50, which covers a skin analysis and an explanation of how the program works. Face, chest and back sessions are booked and paid for separately. The every-other-week and back treatments are open only to clients enrolled in the program. Most services need a deposit of $20 or $35 at booking. The consultation fee is waived when a product purchase of $65 or more is made.

Treatments are customized rather than one-size-fits-all, and the acne program pairs in-studio treatments with prescribed acne-safe products and lifestyle changes.
