A first visit starts with a 45-minute new client consultation for $50, and that fee can go toward a product purchase. Afterward, new clients receive a custom regimen and treatment plan by email, covering skin concerns, possible triggers, lifestyle, supplements, products and treatments. Advanced treatments are not booked until a consultation has been completed and at-home care is in place.

The menu moves from facials to HydraFacials. Acne Bootcamp is a program of biweekly treatments paired with a personalized at-home Face Reality regimen and a success packet, with a customized home-care plan that costs approximately $180 to $300 depending on skin needs. Other facials include the Dermaplane Facial, the Bare Skin Signature Facial with an emailed skin analysis report, and a Marini glycolic resurfacing peel. HydraFacial options run from a 30-minute Express to a 90-minute Luxe, with Deluxe and Platinum in between. Dermaplaning and neck and décolleté add-ons pair with HydraFacial treatments.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday 12 to 8 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm; the studio is closed Friday and Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments carry a $50 fee. An intake form is emailed ahead and should be completed at least 24 hours before the visit. Payment is due at service: major cards, Apple Pay, cash, checks and Zelle are accepted, with a 2.7% fee on card payments only. Gratuity is not expected, all product sales are final, and guests must have a scheduled service of their own. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule.

Treatments and plans are built around each client's skin, so no two at the business are alike, and education is part of each visit.
