First-time waxing clients are welcome, and the business invites callers to ask questions before booking. All estheticians are said to be trained to wax the same way. Each service includes a feminine wipe, and the restroom has a bidet function and a heated seat. Wax sticks are never reused in the wax pot. Online booking has a wait list that sends a text if a requested spot opens. Gift certificates are available in various amounts, and client personal information is not shared with outside parties.
Hours are Tuesday 10 am to 4 pm, Wednesday 9 am to 8 pm, Thursday and Friday 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm; the spa is closed Sunday and Monday. Waxing works best when hair is at least a quarter inch long, roughly three weeks after shaving or four weeks after the last wax, and clients who shave should book at least three weeks ahead. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice by phone or text, and late cancellations or no-call, no-show visits may be charged up to the full ticket. Prices may change and are based on the cost of goods and shipping rates.
Each service is performed by estheticians who are trained to use the same waxing method, and wax sticks are never reused in the pot.
