The menu runs from quick small-area services such as lips, brows, underarms and the lower back to larger areas like full legs, full arms and the full back. Each service is listed with its own price and appointment length, so clients can choose a single area or combine several.
The Brazilian service is split into two options. A first-time Brazilian, priced at $78 and taking 45 minutes, is for first-time clients or anyone who has not been waxed in six or more weeks, and it begins with a consultation and includes personalized aftercare suggestions. Clients booking it are asked to arrive with about a quarter inch of hair growth. A returning Brazilian, at $62 and 35 minutes, is for clients waxed within the last six weeks, and anyone past that window is directed to the first-time option.
Three packages are sold on the site and bundle several services at a discount: The Classic at $22, The Bare at $50 and The Complete at $105. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books as usual. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $125 amounts or a custom amount, and can be scheduled for delivery; gift card sales are final.
Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Certain appointments call for a 50% deposit that holds the booking and is credited toward the total for the service. When notice of 48 hours or more is given, the business may, at its discretion, move a deposit once to a later appointment. Deposits are kept for late cancellations and no-shows, and a no-show is billed the full price of the booked service.
