The salon uses an organic sugar wax made from sugar, lemon and water, with no chemicals or resins. It is applied slightly warm and clings to hair and dead skin rather than live skin, so it rinses off with water. Hair is removed in the direction of growth, which the salon says helps reduce ingrown hairs. Results last up to two weeks, and clients are advised to rebook at three or four weeks. A Brazilian wax takes about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how consistently the client keeps up with waxing. The salon describes the Brazilian as its most popular service.

Facials address acne, dull skin and general skin maintenance. The salon says facials help speed up skin cell turnover by clearing away dead skin.
