Gel services carry a 7 to 10 day guarantee; if polish lifts or chips in that window, the salon provides a complimentary fix, and repairs after that period may carry a charge. Services are not performed on nails or skin showing signs of infection. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period and may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule. Cancellations or changes are requested 24 hours in advance, and clients who miss appointments without notice may be asked for a deposit on future bookings.
