A visit usually begins with a consultation, so the team can learn about a skin concern before recommending anything. Body contouring starts with a personalized plan made by a Patient Care Coordinator at the first appointment. Consultations are non-refundable and count toward services or products. Intake and consent forms review medical history, contraindications, and whether a treatment is a good fit, and they must be completed within 24 hours of the original appointment time even if a visit is moved.

Booking requires a credit or debit card on file. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are not charged; later cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged the full appointment cost.
