Joan Martinez owns the studio and is the only person who performs services there, so each visit is with her.

Joan worked at several of Orlando's well-known waxing businesses before opening her own space. Appointments are booked one client at a time, and the studio has no other staff or waxers working alongside her. The studio describes itself as calm, clean and comfortable, and says it offers a safe, comfortable unisex waxing experience.

The waxing menu covers Brazilian and Manzilian waxing, facial waxing and body waxing. Waxing uses hard wax chosen for sensitive skin and intimate areas, and a vegan, hypoallergenic Brazilian wax is offered that the studio says contains no rosin, paraben or beeswax. Mask add-ons such as a hydrating jelly mask can be applied after a Brazilian service.

Laser hair removal is performed on a Candela GentleMax Pro Plus using Alexandrite and YAG technology. A free 30-minute consultation is offered to clients starting laser treatment. Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions, with maintenance treatments a couple of times a year. Small areas take about 5 to 10 minutes, while large areas such as legs or the back can take up to an hour. Laser pricing is per session per area, and does not include a shaving fee for areas not shaved beforehand. The studio also runs waxing parties for groups of at least six guests, with a bridal brunch and ladies' night option that includes light bites and a mimosa bar, and offers hands-on Brazilian waxing training for licensed estheticians, students and experienced waxers. Parking is available in front of the building and in the rear lot. Booksy lists hours of 11 am to 8 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 11 am to 6 pm Tuesday and Thursday, and 11 am to 5 pm Saturday, with the studio closed Sunday.

Each client has a private appointment with no other staff present, hard wax suited to sensitive and intimate skin, and disposable gloves with equipment and surfaces disinfected between clients.
