Bare It All Wax Lounge is a waxing studio in Creve Coeur that works on men and women across the body, from the brows down to intimate areas. It is set inside the Elevated Aesthetics suite and reached through the building's back entrance. The studio describes itself as LGBTQ+ affirming and plus size friendly.

About

Services are grouped into brows, facial waxing, bikini and Brazilian options, and body waxing by area, with full-body packages that combine several zones in one visit. Full Body Wax takes about three hours and covers everything from the toes to the neck, excluding the face and eyebrows. The Hidden Full Body package takes about an hour and a half and covers the areas usually concealed under a T-shirt and shorts.

Booking is done online. The studio does not take phone calls and has no receptionist, so questions are answered by text during business hours. Clients who are running late should text their name and estimated arrival time. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment must be rebooked. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full service cost, and a third no-show or late cancellation within that window means the client can no longer be serviced.

Hours are Wednesday from 10 am to 5 pm and Thursday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm; the studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Hair should not be shaved between waxes, and the studio recommends returning every four to six weeks. Sexual advances or inappropriate remarks from clients lead to immediate removal from the studio.

Waxing is the focus, and each visit is talked through from start to finish so clients know what to expect at every step.

A private wax room inside the Elevated Aesthetics suite, which the studio describes as free of judgment.
