The waxing menu covers the bikini area, Brazilian, buttocks, underarms, stomach, chest, arms, back and legs, as well as the eyebrows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, hairline, ears, neck and nose. Several bikini and brow services are sold as combinations, such as a bikini line with inner thigh or a Brazilian with an eyebrow service. Bikini full and Brazilian have first-time prices for new clients. Brow tint is a semi-permanent option that lasts two to five weeks, and an in-depth eyebrow consultation on brow shape is offered at no charge.

The facial menu includes a 30-minute back facial with optional extractions, a 30-minute teen facial for ages 14 to 18, and a 30-minute custom facial tailored to skin type. Longer options include an 80-minute acne facial for acne-prone skin, a 60-minute anti-aging facial, a 60-minute brightening facial for dull or dry skin, and a 60-minute custom facial. Most facials include double cleansing, exfoliation and facial massage, and scalp massage is part of many of them. A 30-minute hair play session with brushing, scalp massage and tools is also available.

The spa has a clear booking policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 10% fee on the next appointment, and changes should be made within the 48-hour window to avoid a fee. A no-show results in a 20% fee on the next appointment, and after two or more no-shows, advance booking is not allowed unless it is discussed. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arriving later than that may mean a reschedule. Clients who expect to be more than 10 minutes late are asked to call the spa.
