Bare Hare Waxing Studio

The studio is in Suite 123 of the Fishers Office Suites on Lantern Road in Fishers. Its work is limited to waxing, and it does not offer waxing for male clients; those clients are referred to other professional waxers. Clients must be at least 18 years old to be waxed.

Appointments can be booked online through the schedule page, by texting the studio, or by emailing it. Before a visit, clients need about 14 full days of hair growth, and the hair should be at least a quarter inch long, so shaving should stop about two weeks ahead. Clients are also asked to gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before the appointment.

Clients must disclose any medications taken in the past three months, including retinoid products such as Retin-A, Renova and Differin, Accutane, and antibiotics. New Brazilian clients should book the new-client Brazilian option, which allows extra time to review contraindications before the service.

After waxing, an aftercare cream is applied to the treated area. For about 24 hours, clients should avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, tanning and exercise. After bikini waxing, clients should also avoid sexual activity and wear cotton clothing. Clients who are on their period are asked to wear a tampon during the service. The studio recommends waiting 4 to 6 weeks between waxing appointments.

Waxing is the studio's only method of hair removal, with set steps before and after each appointment.
