The menu is organized into body, face, bikini and combination services. Body waxing covers the arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, shoulders, neck, hands, toes, underarms and butt. Face waxing covers brows, forehead, hairline, sideburns, cheeks, chin, lip, nose, ears and the full face. Bikini options are Bikini Full, Bikini Line and Brazilian. Combos pair a bikini wax with an inner thigh and stomach strip, or add the full butt. Larger areas are available as a Half Body service, which takes about two hours, and a Full Body service. The business says Full Body is not recommended for anyone who has never been waxed before.
Extra treatments include two 30-minute bikini-area Vajacials at $35 each, one for soothing and revitalizing skin and one aimed at breakouts, blemishes and ingrown hairs. A full Vajacial is a 40 to 50 minute treatment on the outer vulva and is recommended at least once a month, ideally three to five days after a wax. Extractions at $17 remove embedded hairs and bacteria under the skin and are recommended for the bikini and underarm areas. Brightening, hydrojelly and high frequency add-ons can be added to bikini, Brazilian, underarm and combo services at a price that varies.
Wax Pass packages cover Brazilian waxes or Brazilian and underarm waxes in sets of three, six or nine sessions. Afterpay is available for pass purchases. Clients with an active pass do not need to pay the deposit.
Before a visit, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice, and clients are asked not to shave between waxes. A valid credit or debit card is required to book, and a 30% non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the total. Clients should arrive five to ten minutes early and use the restroom beforehand. Arrivals ten or more minutes late pay a $15 late fee. Changes with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the service cost, and so are no-shows and no-call clients, who are also banned from booking again. Only the person being serviced may enter the wax suite. Every guest signs a consent and intake form, and first-time guests over 18 must show ID. Bikini services are not offered to anyone under 16, and guests under 18 need a parent to sign the consent form in person. Reminders are sent by text one week and 24 hours before an appointment.
The business uses a hard wax made with natural plant and pine tree resins and paraffin, which it says softens and hydrates skin after waxing. It describes the wax as hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin, and says regular appointments make hair grow back thinner, finer and softer over time.
