The practice is run by owner electrologist Antoinette Toni Tuipelehake. Every appointment is one-on-one in a private treatment room, and visits are by booking only. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Wednesday from 11am to 7pm.

Treatment covers facial hair, eyebrow shaping, and larger areas such as legs and back. For hormonal hair growth, it also covers the chin, jawline, upper lip, neck, sideburns, chest and abdomen. Gender-affirming work includes facial and body hair such as beard and neck hair, and facial and body electrolysis is open to clients of all genders. Brazilian electrolysis is offered to women and to pre-operative transfeminine clients; anyone with questions about suitability is asked to raise them with the owner before booking. Electrolysis is offered by galvanic, thermolysis and blend methods, and sessions are booked by time and adjusted to hair density and goals. Standard session prices are $100 for one hour, $190 for two hours and $285 for three hours, with shorter 5 to 45 minute options listed separately. Policies: first-time clients complete an intake form before the appointment, and a deposit is required and applied to the visit. Payment is due at the time of service. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $25 fee. Appointments end at the scheduled time, so late arrivals may mean a shorter session. Children and extra guests cannot attend. Clients should arrive with clean, unoiled skin. Before treatment, clients avoid sun exposure and creams or makeup on the area and trim hair to a few millimeters. Afterward, hot showers, saunas and exercise are avoided for at least 24 hours. Pacemakers, blood thinners, metal implants in the area and, for galvanic or blend, pregnancy can exclude some clients, and certain medical conditions or pregnancy may require a physician's clearance.

According to the business, electrolysis is the only FDA-approved permanent hair removal method and works on all skin and hair types, including light hair that laser may not remove. It also states that treated follicles are unlikely to regrow and that complete removal in an area usually takes several sessions.
