Electrolysis here uses a fine probe placed alongside the hair shaft rather than a needle. The electrologist chooses among galvanic, thermolysis and blend methods for each client. The clinic says every treatment is tailored to the client's goals, using what it describes as state-of-the-art technology and medical-grade products.

Face sessions are offered in 15, 30 or 45-minute blocks, and body sessions in 60, 75 or 90-minute blocks. A consultation with a 10-minute treatment is available for $25. The clinic notes that treatment involves some discomfort, and clients may use an over-the-counter numbing cream before arriving. The clinic describes its setting as comforting.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, since a late arrival may shorten the session. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee, which can be avoided by paying with cash, check or debit card. Accepted payments include cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay and Venmo, due at the treatment. Before a session, clients are advised to avoid caffeine, alcohol and chocolate for 24 hours, to stop retinoids at least one week ahead, and to stay out of the sun for 48 hours. Between sessions, waxing, tweezing, threading and sugaring are not recommended. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A referral program gives a client 15 minutes free once the person they referred completes a first paid session. Tooth gem design and installation is also offered, with single and multiple installations priced separately.
