Appointments are one-on-one, with each booking reserved for a single client. Waxing is done with hard wax only, which the studio describes as hypoallergenic, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. The studio aims for waxing that is quick, effective and as comfortable as possible.
The menu covers Brazilian waxes in several versions, including a new-client rate and a Wednesday offer for new and returning clients. A Brazilian with a mask can be chosen for concerns such as dark spots, pigmentation and inflammation. Full face, underarm, back, chest, stomach, leg and full body waxes are also listed, with the body services grouped into combinations.
For skin care, the Vajacial is a 60-minute visit that includes a Brazilian wax, deep cleanse, steam, exfoliation, extraction and a signature mask. Dermaplaning is also offered as a 60-minute treatment; the studio says it uses a medical-grade scalpel to remove the top layer of skin and peach fuzz from the face.
Wax packages are paid in full at purchase and can be used on any available studio day, but cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the Services page. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and charges late cancellations and no-shows the full service price. Clients running late can send a message, and the appointment time may be adjusted. Clients are asked to let hair grow 3 to 4 weeks before a wax, or 2 to 3 weeks for upper lip. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. The Full Body service requires a $50 deposit.
