Brow lamination is a perm for the brows and comes in three versions: a brow wax with no tint, a shape with a tint or hybrid tint, and a shaping visit with an airbrush tint that gives an ombre finish. Clients receive an aftercare kit with castor oil for nightly use and Olaplex No. 3, which is recommended twice weekly as an overnight treatment. Lamination needs at least 6 weeks between appointments, with 6 to 10 weeks recommended. It is not offered to clients using retinoids, retinol, prescription skincare or acne medication, or to clients who have recently had a chemical peel, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microblading or microneedling, which call for a 30-day wait. The Korean lash lift includes a lash tint and is listed as lasting up to 8 weeks.

The first-time Brazilian visit includes a consultation, front waxing with the butt strip, extractions if needed, a hydrating oil and a sample aftercare kit. Bikini and Brazilian services are offered for female anatomy only. For guidance, facial services and underarms are best kept up every 2 to 3 weeks, and body services every 4 to 5 weeks. Clients are asked to avoid touching the skin, sweating, sex, tanning, exercise and exfoliating for 24 to 48 hours after a wax, and to use non-comedogenic products at home.

Booking policies are strict. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and there is a 10-minute grace period after which an appointment is cancelled and charged a 50% fee. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead also incurs a 50% fee, as does a no-call, no-show, and future bookings are blocked until that fee is paid. Up to two reschedules per month are allowed, within the same month. Fees and services are non-refundable. Appointments outside regular hours carry a $25 non-refundable after-hours fee, subject to availability. No children or extra guests are allowed. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, and the studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

The studio also offers a one-day, one-on-one Brazilian wax training course covering hard-wax technique, sanitation, hands-on practice, client questions and social media strategy. It costs $900, or $700 without the waxing kit. A non-refundable $400 deposit is due at booking, with the balance paid in cash on the first day, and cancellations are not permitted. Enrollment in an esthetician or cosmetology program, or a valid license, is required. The certificate confirms course completion only and does not license waxing in Texas. Group classes are planned for a later date.
