The menu centers on the eyes and brows. Brow sculpting is offered, along with keratin lash lifts and lash extensions performed by two artists, Dezeiree and Ines. Waxing is limited to the face.
Clients are asked to register for an account after booking, which keeps consent forms on file so they don't need to be filled out again at each visit. Appointments need 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and artists may reschedule a service if they feel the shorter appointment length would affect the result.
