Laser hair removal is done with Candela lasers rather than IPL devices. According to the site's FAQ, the Candela Alexandrite laser is used for lighter skin tones and the Candela YAG laser for olive to dark skin tones. Most courses need six to nine sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart. Clients are asked not to wax, epilate or pluck for at least four weeks before a first session. Prices are the same for men and women.

The facial menu is broad. Casmara facials are algae-based peel-off masks made with seaweed extract, offered in several 90-minute versions for brightening, oily or combination skin, sensitive skin and a 24-carat gold treatment. HydraFacials come in three tiers, Signature, Deluxe and Platinum, with the higher tiers adding a booster, LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage. Spa facials run from a 45-minute clinical exfoliation to an 8-step fruit facial, and include a men's facial that addresses ingrown hairs and shaving irritation.

Infrared fitness wraps are one-hour sessions that begin with dry body brushing and a cream that promotes sweating, with a cool towel on the face partway through. Clients are asked not to eat for an hour beforehand and to drink water before and after. The site says infrared sauna sessions may help with pain relief, cellulite reduction, circulation and skin appearance, and it cites studies for detoxification and weight loss. It also says wraps are about 25% more effective than saunas, attributing this to Dr. Flickstein.

Guests may pay per visit or purchase a treatment package, and complimentary consultations are available. Booking requires an upfront payment, and a valid credit card must be on file to cover cancellation and rescheduling charges, including for Groupon packages. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling late or not showing up triggers a $35 charge for standard services, or $65 for bookings longer than 30 minutes. Arrivals up to five minutes late are accepted, but the appointment length is not extended. Gift cards are redeemable for laser hair removal, HydraFacials, custom facials, and other spa treatments.

The spa says it uses the latest technology and has seasoned professionals on staff, and it tailors laser hair removal plans to skin type, hair type and goals.
